My name is Amy Phillips. Originally from Skipton, North Yorkshire I moved to Dulwich in 2008 where I built a regular client base as a massage therapist specialising in holistic, therapeutic massage and pregnancy massage. I now work from a lovely garden room at my home in Shortlands, BR2 where I still work as a Massage Therapist and Reiki healer as well as teaching Yoga and painting.
Anahata is the name given to the Heart chakra, the energy centre associated with unconditional love, compassion, and joy. Through the heart chakra, we open to and connect with harmony and peace. In Sanskrit, Anahata, means “unstruck” or “unhurt.” Its name implies that deep beneath our personal stories of brokenness and the pain in our heart, wholeness, boundless love, and a wellspring of compassion reside. When I work with clients or students the energy I give comes from the heart.
I have qualifications in Body Massage, Indian head massage, Thai massage, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Reiki and The Art of Viniyoga and The Art of Teaching Yoga.
