I believe that the maximum benefit from any therapy comes from developing a relationship with your therapist and for that reason I offer  ‘Buy 5, get one free’ on any length of treatment, this is done via a loyalty card or by paying for the full cost at the time of the first treatment.

Yoga

Small group classes can be arranged at times to suit you.

Private Yoga lessons £50 per hour in my studio or £55 per hour if I come to you.

1-1 Yoga sessions – develop your own personal practice. £50 per hour, £55 if I visit you.

I work during school hours (9.30am-3pm) Monday to Friday, I also offer weekend appointments and two evenings per week: Tuesday and Thursday – 6.30pm and 8.30pm.
