I believe that the maximum benefit from any therapy comes from developing a relationship with your therapist and for that reason I offer  ‘Buy 5, get one free’ on any length of treatment, the full payment must be made at the first of the 6 appointments.

Yoga

Small group classes can be arranged at times to suit you.

Private Yoga lessons £50 per hour in my studio or £55 per hour if I come to you.

1-1 Yoga sessions – develop your own personal practice. £50 per hour, £55 if I visit you.

I work during school hours term time only, I also offer weekend appointments and two evenings per week: Tuesday and Thursday – I work between 6.30pm and 8pm.
